Privacy Policy
Fletcher Arms is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and your rights.
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to the online storefront operated by Fletcher Arms ("we", "us", "our") and describes how we handle personal information in accordance with applicable U.S. privacy laws. By using our storefront you consent to this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. Personal Information We Collect
Information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and billing/delivery details; the items you order, along with instructions, tips, timestamps, totals, and taxes/fees; and any messages you send us.
Information collected automatically: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, pages viewed, and session activity, along with cookies and similar technologies.
Information from third parties: our payment processor (Payroc) and service providers that help us operate the storefront.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
3. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to provide and operate the storefront; process your orders and payments; send you transactional and service messages; provide customer support; detect and prevent fraud; comply with legal obligations; and, with your consent or where permitted by law, send you marketing about offers and updates, which you can opt out of at any time.
4. How We Share Personal Information
We share personal information only as needed to operate the storefront or as required by law: with Payroc and its banking partners to process payments, settlements, and disputes; with service providers such as hosting, analytics, and messaging vendors; with delivery or point-of-sale integrations to fulfill your order; and with authorities where required to comply with law or protect rights and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal information for money.
5. Payment Information
All card payments are handled by Payroc. We do not store full card numbers on our systems; we receive only limited payment metadata (such as the last four digits, a token, and status) to confirm transactions, handle receipts, and resolve disputes.
6. SMS / Text Messaging Consent and Opt-Out
We follow carrier and 10DLC messaging standards for any text messages we send:
- Transparency: our Privacy Policy and Terms are displayed next to every phone-number entry field where messaging consent is collected.
- Explicit consent: you opt in by submitting your phone number through a clear call-to-action. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message content: messages may include order confirmations, pickup/delivery updates, and — if you opt in — marketing offers. Message and data rates may apply and frequency varies.
- Opt-out and help: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages; you will receive a confirmation. Reply HELP for assistance.
- Data protection: phone numbers and messaging data collected for text messaging are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing, lead generation, or analytics.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and local storage to remember your preferences, keep you signed in, measure usage and performance, and prevent fraud. You can adjust your browser settings to block cookies, though some functionality may be affected.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the storefront and maintain your account, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements, and maintain security and fraud prevention.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — such as encryption in transit and access controls — to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and you use the storefront at your own risk.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, receive a portable copy, opt out of certain sharing, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact Fletcher Arms. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
11. Children's Privacy
Our storefront is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version, and material changes will be highlighted through the storefront where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
