3. Payments

Payments made through the storefront are securely processed by our authorized payment partner, Payroc. By submitting your payment information you authorize the charge for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and fees. We do not store full card numbers on our systems. Payment processing is governed by Payroc's terms and privacy policy, available at www.payroc.com. We are not liable for declined transactions, failed payments, or delays caused by payment-processing issues.

4. Text Messaging and Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive transactional and operational messages from Fletcher Arms — such as order confirmations, pickup and delivery updates, and account notices — via SMS. If you opt in to marketing messages, you consent to receive recurring promotional text messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Once an order is placed it may not be possible to modify or cancel it. All refund, return, and adjustment requests are handled directly by Fletcher Arms in accordance with our policies and applicable consumer-protection law. Please contact us with any issue regarding your order.
